Encored is a Shopify app that turns branded resale into a channel within a retailer’s own store. Sellers can only list eligible items from their Shopify purchase history. Retailers approve listings (manually or by rule). Buyers check out on the retailer’s storefront, including mixed carts of new and Pre-Loved products. Sellers ship directly to buyers with a tracked label Encored creates on demand. After delivery and an inspection window, sellers receive Shopify store credit — not cash. The retailer’s warehouse does not receive, store or dispatch secondhand inventory.
